GoodAh!!! Unveils Revolutionary KKK

goodah!!! baclaran, boy abunda,

Hello po!
Every Sunday, there would be a number of pop up tables/ booths around our neighborhood selling Kare-Kare. It is a well-loved dish evidenced by the throngs of people lining up to fill their bowl (or plastic bag) of Kare-Kare to bring home to loved ones.

However, their version of Kare-Kare is 'pwede na pagtiyagaan'  since pamurahan ang labanan ditey. I myself am quite scared to cook this because the preparation looks tedious. And if I did not manage to produce the proper taste, it would definitely be a waste.

Now, we do not need to wait for Sunday and there is always great tasting Kare-Kare with  GoodAh!!!'s newest treat- the yummy KKK or Krispy Kare Kare! KKK brings to mind a revolution, much like this dish!

The twist lies in the gamey ox tripe or tuwalya. It is usually slow cooked in a pot or pressure cooker, but if not done properly, it can be tough to chew, right? Now what GoodAh!!! did is to fry it for an extra crispy texture, which lends a complementing contrast to the softness of the flanks and richness of the sauce.

GoodAh!!!'s Krispy Kare Kare uses these classic ingredients- ground peanuts for that rich and earthy sauce, string beans, eggplant, pechay, puso ng saging, soft and juicy beef flanks, sauteed shrimp paste plus the surprise that is fried ox tripe

A large bowl of GoodAh!!!'s Krispy Kare Kare uses these classic ingredients- ground peanuts for that rich and earthy sauce, string beans, eggplant, pechay, puso ng saging, soft and juicy beef flanks, sauteed shrimp paste plus the surprise that is fried ox tripe for that added dimension to its play of flavors.

When our palates were treated to this sumptuous dish- everyone seated at the table agreed it was very delicious and the mixture of flavors are really balanced and complements each other. The veggies are also fresh, crisp and not soggy/ overly cooked.

We also tried their other bestsellers and we were convinced that GoodAh!!! very much lives up to its moniker. The food is really good, ha! Our drink was the red iced tea which is also pleasant tasting.

GoodAh!!!'s sinfully indulgent Crispy Pata. Buti na lang me atchara (gulay yun!) hehehe! The Crispy Pata with trio dip family set good for 4  is yours for just Php 699!

GoodAh!!! Barbeque Chicken- their marinate suits the Pinoy taste. It has the sweetness that is nanunuot inside the meat. It is priced at Php 119 for paa and Php 124 for pecho.

GoodAh!!! Tapa is also very flavorful and soft, with choice beef strips. The price of a Tapsilog is Php 114.

The finale is the cool and sweet halo-halo- it has fine ice, milk, kaong, mongo, sago, gulaman, saba (banana), cheese, choco stick; but I think that it would be perfect if the size of its leche flan and ube were bigger. Nonetheless, it is truly refreshing. It costs Php 59.

The launch of the newest dish is held simultaneous to the Grand Opening of GoodAh!!! Baclaran. This is their first franchise.

I like how witty, fun, and endearingly all-Pinoy GoodAh!!!'s theme is.
