Be Pisceanrat First Top Fan and Birthday Giveaway Winner
Hello po! Due to insistent public demand, insistent public demand daw oh charot! Deh, because it is also my birth month, I decided to hold a top fan giveaway!
Pisceanrat = Pisces (March) and Year of the Rat (2020)!
The winner will win:
Novelina Coenzyme masks, Althea Korea Watercolor tint in #3 peach cream and Spotlight eye glitter in #1 gold light, Babydoll Korea eyeliner, and LePerfumo Iris fragrance.
Mechanics:
1. Like/ follow and be a pisceanrat facebook page top fan badge holder by actively liking commenting and sharing posts. Note: I have no control over who will be top fan holders, only Facebook holds sole discretion on who to award top fan badges to!
2. Follow pisceanrat on instagram, youtube, twitter!

2. Winner shall be determined at end of March.
3. Winner shall pick up prize at my designated area in south Caloocan/ Manila.
4. If winner prefers shipping, he/ she will shoulder courier delivery fee.
5. In case of prize unclaimed 15 days after announcement, we shall pick another winner!
