Trip to Antipolo Church
Hello po! Recently, we went to Cafe Lupe for some much needed Rest and Recreation. The day after, we went to the famous Antipolo Church here in Rizal, Philippines. Too bad we did not have some swim wear as we saw the path towards Hinulugang Taktak on the way to Antipolo Church.
Well, anyway, the fare from Cubao, Quezon City to Antipolo is as follows:
Jeepney- Php 34
or
UV Express Van- Php 50
Directions to Antipolo Cathedral:
There is only few I know- Jeep or UV from Farmer's Plaza Cubao or from SM Megamall goes to Antipolo Church. Just tell the driver so he can advise you when it is near. He would pass near the church and where he would drop you is walking distance.
To the left side when fronting the church, there is the pahalik (kissing of the mantle) and museum/ memorabilia on display. There is a sign there saying picture taking is not allowed. Of course, I am not pasaway, so I followed. Near its door, I saw this figures depicting the history of Antipolo Church:
