Nice touches.
Crab carved from squash looking afer the Kani salad.
For the curious, the 7 Flavors are sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy, umami and astringent. These sensations can definitely be felt in the wide variery of food selection!
The evening of September 2nd, 2016 with patrons and food bloggers queueing to get their plates filled with world-class goodness!
Boasting a smart mix for everyone- meat, vegetables, seafood, rice, sweets- the menu choices differ every 2 weeks! Most of the dishes are conceptualized by Chef Boy himself.
Let's walk thru the tables.
Here is the Appetizer section...
Fresh fruits (hey you can make this a dessert, but since I have read that it digests easily and quickly, better to consume them first), potato croquettes, tacos, breads, soup of the day...
Everyone is sure to have his tummy satisfied. Even vegetarians will find something to love here.
Salads (both DIY with many dressing choices and assembled like kani and macaroni)...
Main course section.
Creamy penne pasta, chicken parmigiana, Hawaiian beef stew, salmon head in coconut milk, chop suey, fried seafood with garlic mayo, salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, binagoongan rice, and more...
Roast beef Carving section, pork bbq, tonkatsu, and Chef's Station for the meat lovers...
My most dearest- Dessert Section!
Cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, pana cotta (blueberry or mango), mango tapioca, maja blanca, kalamansi tart, halo-halo and more!
My busy plates!!!
Kainan na!!!
The food never runs out- serving trays are continually refilled...
I also got sushi, pizza and tonkatsu.
Big Scoop ice cream in different flavors, but we chose strawberry and chocolate.
Also available for separate order are fresh fruit slush for the health-conscious and there are flavorful shakes. In the picture are Chocolate and Matcha.
Unlimited drinks are included!
Nestea Strawberry red iced tea, orange juice and lemonade.
Now if you willl ask me, among the yummy food I tasted, which are my favorites?
The Top 3 are binagoongan rice, tacos and dessert (cookies)!
