Hello po! As an Althea Angel, I was lucky to receive a treat as Althea Korea generously sent to me for review their new concoction, the Althea Milk Peel Cream Mask. It's touted to be your ideal daily triple care!

Just a background, the intake of dairy milk almost cost me my life as a baby. You see, after I was fed infant formula, I got hospitalized. It became apparent I was lactose intolerant. Luckily my aunt donated some of her milk to me as she also had just given birth to my cousin. And as a grown up, whenever I drank dairy milk, I would have mucus in the form of pimples and phlegm. So soya milk is better for me.

But when it comes to TOPICAL application, milk is all good. All its benefits when applied to the skin is well recorded in history. For thousands of years, legendary beauties and royalties use milk. Even Cleopatra is said to bathe in milk.

Now Althea comes up with Milk in the form of bubble mask. I have always been curious about bubble masks since I saw another Korean brand. Before, we only have gel or cream masks that when dried are peeled off, sponged/wiped off or rinsed off, but now masks also bubble up, which looks real exciting and cool!

How to use Althea Milk Peel Cream Mask ?

Apply product on damp skin. Massage gently until it becomes bubbly.
Allow it to remain on skin for 30-60 seconds before finally rinsing off with warm water.

How the fine bubbles look like.

It is like a froth, like a whipped cream. I burst the bubbles and the white cream remained.

Experience

It has a soft clay-like texture that bubbles up when massaged on damp skin to deeply cleanse the pores.
But even if you didn't massage it, it bubbles by itself within 1 minute. It bubbles up faster when it was spread thinly.

I personally use this only at night, about 2x or 3x a week, for a month now. So far, no rashes or allergy.
