Hello po! Fisher Supermarket launched its 2019 Black Out Sale. And most of the people I shared a ride with in the jeep going home were carrying Fisher Supermarket grocery bags! Formerly known as Fisherfoods Corporation, Fisher Retail, Inc. is a family-owned business which was named to reflect the family’s well established roots and heredity in the fishing industry. The “fishing” idea started from the Del Rosario Family’s fishing business, IRMA Fishing & Trading Inc., which has been operating for over 40 years.
IRMA Fishing & Trading Inc. was founded by Mr. Roberto “Bobby” Del Rosario in 1976 and currently heads the company. They are involved with the business of ocean fishing using the trawl method in the country.
Fisher Supermarket was born from a simple vision – to offer Filipinos the freshest and most affordable seafood in town.
The company’s commitment to excellence is a reflection of the family’s attitude towards business. Fisher Supermarket is being managed by Mr. Roberto Alfonso “Obby” Del Rosario, who is also the current Vice President of IRMA Fishing Corporation.

Fisher Supermarket, Quezon Avenue is the first branch that was built to offer unique and exciting shopping experience which is more affordable than wet markets and other bigger supermarket chains. It started its operations in December 10, 2013.
Expanding its reach, Fisher Supermarket has landed in Malabon and had its soft opening last December 20, 2018 to serve the daily needs of the customers at the most competitive and affordable price.

Fisher Supermarket’s Seafood Section have aquariums containing an extensive selection of live fish and seafood to cater to the customer’s convenience to freely select their desired live and fresh seafood.
Some of the varieties of fishes that you cannot find in other markets are Lapu-Lapu, Curacha Crabs, Pampano, Asugon, Sea Bass, and many more!
Customers can have their fish cleaned and deboned at zero cost.
Fisher Supermarket also brags its Paluto Section which lets customers have their freshly bought seafood, chicken, meat or beef, personally cooked by the chefs.
The Paluto Section is already within the supermarket which is more convenient to the customer.
Another new twist of the Paluto Section is the Ready-to-Eat dishes offered such as Fish Sisig, Suahe Siomai, Sweet n’ Sour Fish, Fish with Tofu and Tausi, and many more!
HOW TO PALUTO
Here are three easy steps to Paluto:
Step 1: Choose Your Catch
Customers may choose from the fresh selection of fish, seafood, chicken, pork, beef, and exotic meat.
Step 2: Pick Your Paluto
Customers may pick their desired Paluto for as low as PHP 18 per 100 grams for the charge. Items may be classified into steam, boil, fry, grill, stew, and braise. The minimum Paluto must be 500 grams. Customers may approach the chefs for special requests on dishes. Food preparation usually takes 30-40 minutes, depends on the type of dish.
Step 3: Select Your Add-Ons
Customers may select their add-ons whether it is extra rice or sauce for only PHP 15. For additional food utensils and container, customers will be charged PHP 15.
