A Most Fanciful Dessert Buffet by Les Vergers Boiron- Your Invite

Bonjour monsieur, madame!  A most delightful afternoon was in store for guests at the ultra exclusive food tasting by Les Vergers Boiron at the Makati Shangri-La last February 16, 2018.

After all, France is a nation of food lovers - where food is to be enjoyed and savored (e.g., lunch in France is usually two hours long!)  French cuisine evokes classy dining, superb quality products, and most revered in the world!

The by invite only affair is a celebration of the recipes by renowned Chef Gael Etrillard, and an encounter with Les Vergers Boiron products.

From 2009 to 2013, Chef Gael was executive pastry chef at Raffles Hotel Singapore and has been working in Asia for more than 13 years. He is currently Les Vergers Boiron's Area Pastry Chef, and is also involved in training and international competitions.

Sources say they aim for perfection, even for this mint leaves, which they scoured the Metro for!

They were all splendid but my Top 3 favorites are: Tropical Fruit and Caramel Tart, Pear and Lemongrass Finger and Raspberry, Earl Grey and Milk Chocolate Opera.

This afteroon dessert buffet with Chef Gael was organized by Boiron's Julien Eymas, together with Ms. Michelle Chan, President of Golden Acres and Mr. Jhune Reyes, Head of Marketing of Golden Acres.

  1. Yung blackberry mint drink oh sarap maka temptation!kung pwede lng maka bili ng bottomless nyan kaso bka lakas dn maka bankrupt pag nag bottomless haha.tsaka yung earl gray mukhang sarap I binge-eat pag na dedepress (pasensya na nag kecrave ako ng sweets ngaun lol)
