RedoXfat by ATC: Is it Really Effective?

Hi! For those who are trying to shed pounds and slim down, or balik alindog program in preparation of flaunting your bikini bodies at the beach or swimming pool this summer, you're in luck. This is a review of one of the popular slimming pills- ATC Healthcare's RedoXFat.

Yep, I put some of the green-brown powder on my tongue. Has an herbal-bitter taste.

RedoXfat is priced at Php 15 per capsule and is available in drugstores. Sometimes naka buy 1 take 1 FREE. I think this is made in China.

RedoXfat has 350 mg L-Carnitine and 150 mg Green tea extract (Camellia Sinensis).

So a few days before I took this, I was constipated. But within a few hours upon consuming it, I had to go to the bathroom. I take RedoXfat 2x a day- morning and night.

RedoXfat's effects on me were:

• I feel less bloated.
• Regularized bowel movement.
• I had to go to the bathroom a few minutes or an hour after a meal ( it was like 2 to 3 times per day).
• The waste seems oily, it was as if some fats were excreted.
• It did not give me the painful stomach cramps. With some laxatives, namilipit ako sa sakit at hapdi ng tiyan.
• I cannot say if it suppresed my appetite because I still have hearty cravings.

To effectively lose weight and trim those love handles, I have to say you cannot rely on RedoXfat alone. You need discipline, exercise and proper diet.

Actually, many months ago, I had already taken 2 boxes of RedoXfat but it is only now that I blogged about it; I was reminded that I was pleased with the results back then.
