For People of Substance: Peels and Lasers
Hello po! Besh, I'm happy to report to you the progress of my Holy Grail laser treatment at Substance Laser & Skincare in Robinsons Galleria.

Here is what transpired during my second Holy Grail laser session-
First up, cleansing:
Laser proper:
Consultation with the doctor is priced at Php 1000. But if you go straight to the laser, no need to pay the fee. BTW, only the doctor is allowed to do the treatment, and not the aestheticians.
The derma advised that it is best to have a peel first as 3 layers will be shed, to maximize the penetration of the laser beams.
Doktora concentrated on my forehead. I think it was to kill the P. acnes bacteria since lately, I been having a lot of pimples in that region.
For my first time last month she used the lowest setting. Now I can feel that it was quite strong already. It was 3x higher. Still, there was no pain, but only a feeling of pitik and the burning smell.
For succeeding sessions, the doctor will assess how much higher to utilize the laser and it depends on factors, like if the patient burns easily.
Sunblock application:
Immediately after:
My skin is reddish, shiny, glowy, and some facial hair got bleached!
Days after:
My skin is less oily, enlarged pores seem improved but still there.
