My Pre-Conceptions About DSWD
Hello po!!! So when you talk about DSWD, what immediately comes to my mind is poor KIDS! Like street dwellers or homeless which they take in. And of course, like in telenovelas, DSWD comes in to take a child when it seems that the foster parent is financially incapable of raising him/her!
Another of my assumptions is that they give out the very popular 4P's to indigent families. Then there are also controversies surrounding this government agency.
So you see, my honest "stock knowledge" about them is very minimal. Of course, with just a click on the computer, Mr. Google will supply all the necessary details.
I can't wait to know more about the Philippines' Department of Social Welfare and Development during the CALABARZON tour/ bloggers submersion! Until then! :)

Me too have same perception and stocked knowledge about DSWD - home for homeless kids, or running day care centers and I want to learn more about it. I'll keep watch on your blog about it, soon! Thank you.
