Beauty by BYS Cosmetics
I love that the BYS Complete Cosmetics Brand is fresh, catchy and fun. It has cosmetics for the face- eyes, lips, cheeks, minerals; body, accessories and tools, and their nail line is phenomenal. The neons, fluorescents, metallics never fail to catch my eyes.
I went to SM North Edsa and participated in the BYS Selfie Booth.
They are giving FREE makeovers and a chance to win Php 50, 000 plus a complete set of makeup and be their next beauty advocate!
I bought the Perfectly Peachy Blusher (price Php 249) and Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in Coffee Bean (price Php 169.) I am already using the powder to contour- noseline and cheekbones. I will give this new pencil to somebody else as a present. :)
Before going to the counter I washed and cleansed my face so the makeup application would be better.
Ms. Janeth has been beautifying faces for 7 years. She is meticulous and carefully did my makeup. She did a wonderful job!
First, she patted my face with tissue to remove any oil, then shaved my eyebrows to shape them. She put the primer and the cream foundation. There was no need for a separate concealer as it hid the acne scar well. Then she put the rest of my makeup concentrating on the eyes. She wanted to make my eyes smokey dramatic and put lots of eyeshadow and eyeliner on top and my waterline. I also wanted to try having my waterline defined but I am not used to lining at my bottom eyelashes so my eyes involuntarily got teary. Their mascara can give a false eyelash effect! She contoured, put on blush, powder, lipstick and lipgloss.
I am flattered by the admiring looks I got and they said I look like a doll. Hehehe!

I invited my amigas Rattus and Therese to join me there.
We went afterwards here so the day was really fun! Bonding with the girls!

The 5 color Eyeshadow in Olive Daze and Longwear Lipstick in In Love is at Php 299 each.
Good to know: BYS or Be Yourself is an Australian brand and they don't test on animals. When I had the BYS makeover I was relieved that my skin did not get itchy or had breakouts. Sometimes when I have makeovers, I get pimples the following day. So it's best to find out if you are hiyang or skin compatible with a brand.
