Festive Holiday Selection in Tinapayan Festival
Common knowledge is that bread, considered a "go" food, should be a major part of one's balanced diet, according to the food pyramid. Tinapayan Festival, The House of Bread, lives up to its name. It really is like a fiesta when you see all the different kinds of bread they offer! With so many choices, eating breadstuff would never be a bore!
I love it coz I am a major fan of baked goods. Sometimes, when I go to local bakeries, I get disappointed when they offer only one kind of plain bread albeit in different shapes. So my eyes light up when seeing delicious breads with yummy sweet toppings and various fillings.
Tinapayan Festival is no newcomer as they have been in business for more than 30 years! I have seen it on TV, and have dined in their branch in Fisher Mall.
Tinapayan Festival is known for their ensaymada and cheese rolls!
For this day, December 21, 2015, Tinapayan Festival showcased their Holiday Bread Selection.
The yummy spread of Holiday bread, fruit cake, almond cheese cake, brownies, pianono, crema de fruta, cookies, special ensaymada, ube square, cheese dinner roll, custard cake and more.
Nice presentation, perfect as gifts!
They use soft dough and/or sweet dough.
Healthy loaf breads, sylvanas, eclair, creme puff, assortment of savory breads.
Here is the son of the owner, delivering his message after a detailed explanation about the breads by Arnie.
So without further ado, let's move on to the bread tasting portion, shall we?
Please note the prices quoted are in Philippine Pesos, and from delivery list.

Almond cheese cake- 165.
Pineapple upside down cake- 132.
L-R:

What's the difference between the 2 cheese rolls is the age of the cheddar used.
Oh my! My super loves which are my first choice when buying in bakeshops:
Eclair- 22, creme puff- 17, sylvanas in regular- 18 and special- 25.
Breakfast or baon selection:

The verdict-
My top 3 favorites are (oh it's so hard to choose)- almond cheese cake, pineapple upside down cake and bacon with cheese!!! I also gave some to my Mom and she exclaimed how delicious the cheese roll is!
The breads are fantastic on its own or can be paired with coffee, tea, softdrink, or what have you.
