Fiery Style, Home of the Best Nachos in Town, Opens in Uptown Bonifacio!
¡Hola amigos y amigas! Last April 8, 2019, this foodie blogger attended the Soft Opening and Store Blessing of Fiery Style Southwestern Flaming Grill in Uptown Mall in BGC.
The 8th branch, located at the 3rd level Veranda (turn left after going out the glass door) of Uptown Bonifacio is looking as smokin' as its other branches.
Now I have a soft spot for TexMex food like quesadillas, burritos, nachos and tacos, so I am grateful to MplifyPH for extending their invite.
At Fiery Style, each nook and cranny has a Mexican flavor! There is also Latino music being played.

Starters
Crispy Salted Egg Squid Rings Php 328
Served with garlic mayo and fiery salsa.
My companion was blown away and cannot help exclaiming how delicious this is!
Fiery Nachos Php 388
Choice of corn or potato chips, topped with nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, tomato salsa, refried beans, black olives, jalapenos and sour cream & choices of grilled jalapeno-lime chicken, Mexican chili beef, BBQ pulled pork or barbecued beef brisket.
This is their bestseller. The other blogger at our table ordered this. The delivery was a sorpresa! Spectacle! The nachos are stacked high with full toppings!
Southwest Tortilla Pizza
Truffle Mushroom Php 478
A MUST TRY Mexican pizza with truffle, topped with portobello mushrooms, white sauce and cheese.
Has 6 wide slices. It is thin crust but has a soft crisp. I had to close my eyes as I savored the out of this world goodness of smokey/ earthy/ musky truffle combined with salty cheese.
Steaks and Fajitas
Surf and Turf Combo Php 438
5oz rump steak, chicken breast fillet and shrimps.
When you cannot choose between red meat, poultry or seafood, LOL! With option on which kind of rice to go with it. I asked for Southwest rice.
Dessert
Chili Chocolate Fudge Php 278
Rich chocolate fudge cake, served with vanilla or chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce.
I thought this was like crazy spicy, but no, the chili was a decor. Tastes like a choco-nutty cake.
Drinks
Lychee Southwest Margarita Php 188
Fresh lychee mixed with lemon & lime with Tequila blended. Served with sugar on rim.
Refreshing with a kick!
Strawberry Paloma Php 188
Fresh strawberries & lime with Tequila shaken to enrich the flavor and taste. Best served with salted rim.
Ah! This was more fiery than the first!
I can say the price point for their offering is truly value for money. The ingredients are fresh, of good quality, and the serving size is good for sharing!
Aside from the stylish ambiance, noteworthy too is the friendly crew, Wi-Fi, clean toilet. Plus, those who seek for a good time, you may sip your cocktails while enjoying Live Bands every night!
