Pisceanrat Althea Korea Summer 2019 Haul

Hello po! Frens, I know we are leading to the last days of summer, ehem nag-uulan at baha na, haha! But I wanna share with you my Althea Korea haul and add some reviews on those I used!

Without further ado, here's my Althea goodies:

CP-1 Raspberry Treatment Vinegar 500ml/ Php 350

This product earned praises from other beauty bloggers.

Upon arrival, it is enclosed in a shrink wrap, then it has a white plastic covering its opening (think cork) so it arrived safely and did not spill even when it was on its side.

Once a week, I use this in place of conditioner. A copious amount should be massaged in and left for a few minutes before rinsing to appreciate its effect. Does not reek of vinegar at all but instead like raspberries.

Before, I was using as a final rinse vinegar bought from the supermarket. I dilute it with water in a dipper. Cane Vinegar Pros: Cheap, makes hair lusciously soft and silky smooth, detangles, clarifies. Cane Vinegar Cons: It stinks, plus its vapors hurt my eyes.

To be honest, I find that raspberry vinegar was not as powerfully effective as the cane vinegar but hey, it does not have the downside of real vinegar, so CP-1 is still a winner!

Innisfree [Aurora Edition] Jewel Lip Glow 5.8ml / Php 420

I am a sucker for cute packaging, you should know. So the sparkles in it talked to me and so I got it hehe. The box is holographic.

This lip glow or lip gloss is just a tad sticky. It is not an opaque pink. The color is almost clear/ transparent so the natural lip color shines thru. The applicator tip is thin flat plastic, and not a brush. It's like a mini spatula but it works.

Eunyul Je t'aime Curling Mascara 7ml / Php 220.00

I already got the pink London one, now it is time for the blue tube of mascara. The design is also pretty!

I really like this one. Curls, lengthens, thickens. Plus, it does not bleed! Comes off with water and cleanser, just slide it off!

Holika Holika Jellime Highlighter 8g / Php 450
in color 02 Feel So Champagne

How can I say 'pass' to this beauty! I will open it after my tube of Secret Key highlight bar!

Update: Right now highlighter jellies are the Western craze! I am glad to try this firsthand. When I posted a selfie using this, my friend complimented how nice this highlighter is.

Heimish All Clean Balm 120ml / Php 840

This one also got a lot of raves so I am excited to use this after I am finished with my current makeup removers, which are Scinic Coco Nut and Son & Park Beauty Water.

[Brand Day] Common Labs Vitamin C Mild Peeling Pad 6 ml x 12ea/ Php 290

I feel like these Korean pads are the more gentle way to exfoliate. Long ago, I was using the very strong tretinoin + hydroquinone combo (which stings) which made my whole face very irritated, red and peeling like crazy! Will try it after my beloved Neogen Wine peeling runs out!

Update:
They are always fresh for each piece is individually wrapped! Unlike the Neogen which has an abrasive exfoliating side, both sides of Common Labs Vitamin C Mild Peeling Pads are soft like a cotton gauze! It also does not have a strong scent (my sense of smell picked subtle lime).

Vita C Mild Peeling Pad came with FREE Common Labs Ggultamin E Real Ampoule Mask

This is the first time I encountered this kind of mask - 2 products in a sachet. The upper portion (Step 1) contains a round pad that I used to rub my face with, then I followed with the lower portion (Step 2) the sheet, which is also of a special kind. Since I kept it in the ref, Common Labs Vitamin E mask felt very refreshing!
