Cathay Land Property Showcase

Hello po! Last October 23, 2016 we had a "bloggers tripping" at the properties of Cathay Land, Inc. We toured around their vast developments. It was tiring and our minds got full of so much information, but it was also a productive, fulfilling and fun day in the company of friends.

We were amazed at how wonderful the vicinity is and delighted in posing for the cameras. Enjoy!

Of course, there was no question about the aesthetics, but I had other concerns and they were answered:

Amenities- I saw full features like swimming pool, basketball court, clubhouse and more! Since it was a Sunday, I noticed that there is even a space where Mass is held at Mallorca Villas.
Security- there were guards and they're even stricter in some of their higher end properties.
Climate- since it is near Tagaytay, cooler weather.
Accessible- in the highly coveted Silang-Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay growth corridor.
Trustworthy- from the prestigious Cathay Group of Companies.
Flood- baha na muna sa Manila bago abutin dito!
Wifi- PLDT daw ang malakas dito, if memory serves me right.
Water and Electricity- check!
