Mrs. Philippines Globe 2016 Winners
Hello po!!! So it was my first time to watch a LIVE beauty pageant- the Mrs. Philippines Globe 2016, held last October 23 at the Samsung Hall of SM Aura.
Mrs. Globe is one of the biggest international beauty pageants for married women and single mothers! It was founded in 1996 and engaged in by 40 countries from around the world. It aims to promote beauty and culture, goodwill, tourism awareness, and charitable acts through pageantry and competition.

The 17 elegant women vying for the crown of Mrs. Philippines Globe. These women came from different fields.
3 contestants (6, 8, 12) showed off in the talent portion. One of them sang a pop song, the other a Pinoy Nationalistic song, while the third performed an intense monologue as a crazed queen.
In Swimsuits.
Yes they are mothers, and not very young girls anymore, but they still had the confidence to flaunt their luscious assets!
Ticket proceeds will be for the benefit of W.I.N. Foundation (self-esteem recovery for abused women and children) and CHEFitness Foundation (feeding program for the less fortunate, orphans and elderly).
Intermission dance number.
Dance number with the men (husbands, sons) in the lives of the contestants.

Casual Q&A portion to make the candidates more comfortable, with Bb. Pilipinas Universe 1985, the fab Joyce Ann Burton Titular.
I tried to put myself in the shoes of the contestant during the Q & A portion. Like, how am I gonna answer that question...

The Mrs. Philippines Globe 2016 crown goes to Contestant Number 13!!!
The Queen and her court:
Mrs. Philippines Globe 2016 is 36-year old mother and dentist from Batangas, Fritzie Lexdy Noche.
Fritzie is a second time contestant who personifies beauty and substance. She is also a civic leader and a former president of the Philippine Dental Association – Batangas chapter in 2007 – 2008.
The pageant’s major winners include-
Woman of Substance titlist Timikko Santos, Solane Mother of the Year and Mrs. Philippines Globe Classic 2018 (a new title added this year for women within the age of 46 to 55) Annalyn Marie Gayatin, 1st runner-up Michelle Boyero, 2nd runner-up Niezal Cayangan, and 3rd runner-up Nova Christine Dela Cruz.
Special awards given to candidates who stood out during the competition:
Fritzie Lexdy Noche won Career Woman of the Year and Supermodel Mom (catwalk factor in) awards
Timikko Santos won Most Beautiful Face (Facebook Likes factor in)
Michelle Boyero won as Most Elegant Woman
Darlene Conde won Mrs. Body Beautiful (proportion factor in) and Woman of Charity
Annalyn Marie Gayatin won Best in Talent
Nova Christine Dela Cruz won the Darling of the Press
Angelica Marie Catangay won Personality of the Year
Niezal Cayangan won Life Story of the Year Award
Maria Theresa Uhlmann won the Entrepreneur of the Year
Maria Giselle Barrion won Achievement of the Year
Other official candidates who also gave their best during the competition were Marjorie McMurchie, Brooke Cajita, Madonna Naval, Rasha Demonteverde, Genieve Uy, Coleen Ramos, and Geisha Muring.
Pinky Siva was given recognition as Mrs. Philippines Globe Woman of the Year.
Gian Charles Boyero (of Contestant Number 9) was named Husband of the Year.

Mrs. Philippines Globe winner received PhP150,000 worth of prizes, and will represent the Philippines in the prestigious Mrs. Globe World Finals in Hainan, China on December 2016.
